Coordonnatrice thématique – Jeunes, femmes et stratégies entrepreneuriales et de mobilité

Responsable des questions de Genre à l’IPAR Think Tank, le Dr Marame Cissé coordonne la thématique jeunes, femmes stratégies entrepreneuriales et de mobilité et s’assure de l’intégration transversale du genre dans les trois axes prioritaires de l’IPAR Think Tank : recherche, renforcement de capacité et dialogues politique. Elle coordonne par ailleurs un ensemble de projets dont l’initiative GCAN: Genre, changement climatique et nutrition, la synthèse des données probantes sur l’entrepreneuriat féminin, Transition énergétique pour l’autonomisation économique des femmes dans l’agriculture. Elle est chercheure associée au GESTES (Groupe d’études et de recherches en genre et sociétés) de l’Université Gaston Berger et a enseigné à l’Université numérique Cheikh Hamidou Kane. Elle a également occupé le poste de coordonnatrice de la cellule genre du Ministère des collectivités territoriales.

As the Gender Officer at the IPAR Think Tank, Dr. Marame Cissé coordinates the theme of youth, women, entrepreneurial strategies, and mobility, and ensures the cross-cutting integration of gender into the three priority areas of the IPAR Think Tank: research, capacity building, and policy dialogue. She also coordinates a number of projects, including the GCAN initiative: Gender, Climate Change, and Nutrition; the synthesis of evidence on women’s entrepreneurship; and Energy Transition for the economic empowerment of women in agriculture. She is an associate researcher at GESTES (Group for Studies and Research on Gender and Societies) at Gaston Berger University and has taught at Cheikh Hamidou Kane Digital University. She also served as coordinator of the gender unit at the Ministry of Territorial Communities.
